Letter to the Minister of Labour and Public Service(MIFOTRA) on Restructuring and Rationalizing public institutions

Based on the ongoing restructuring and rationalizing process for the public institutions, and following a lot of concerns expressed by the public sector workers, arguing us to follow the placement process very closely, CESTRAR in collaboration with MIFOTRA, is pleased to share some critical points that require particular attention.
