Training of negotiation committees on negotiation techniques

Good negotiations contribute significant success, as they help build better relationships, deliver lasting quality solutions between workers and employers and help to avoid future problems and conflicts — rather than poor short-term solutions that do not satisfy the needs of both parties. It is in that regard that CESTRAR constantly trains its trainers/negotiation committees in order to provide quality skills in negotiation techniques hence good collaboration between workers and employers.
